Prompted by this special need of every organization and realizing the extreme importance of developing human resources for increasing the work efficiency of every company, iideas structured out an appropriate and relevant academic course for all ambitious and career-oriented individual.

To equip all career oriented personnel, working executives, students, entrepreneurs and junior H.R. professionals, with skills to manage issues related to Human Resources in an organization, iideas has initiated this specially carved out short term course - Diploma in Human Resources Management. (DHRM).
This course focuses on educating and training the candidates in all aspects of Human Resources…viz.
a) the legal aspects (statutory compliances)
b) the management aspects (managerial skills)
c) the attitudinal aspects (human skills). |

| Pedagogy |

| At the iideas, the training methodology is through Case Studies, Simulation Exercises, Presentations & Guest Lectures by industry stalwarts, Group Discussions, Projects, and so on. These are, ofcourse, over and above the class-room studies conducted by eminent professors and experienced personnel in their respective fields. |

| Eligibility |
| |
| All graduates (12+3) from any recognized university, diploma holders and university/board students. Working experience, if any, could be additional qualification. |

| Batch Timings |
| |
- Evening Batch (4 days a week – Monday to Thursday). Timings: 7.15 pm to 8.45 pm.
- Weekend Batch (Saturday & Sunday). Timings: Saturday: 7 pm to 9 pm, Sunday: 9 am to 1 pm.

6 months (February to July), consisting of two semesters. Examinations shall be descriptive type and shall be conducted in April & July. |
