Having graduated in science (M.Sc.) with mathematics, he has completed his post-graduation studies in Business Administration from a very reputed institute (IIM – Ahmedabad). Further, he went on to complete his doctorate in Relationship Marketing and entered the professional work–field in a multi-national company. After gaining work experience for more than fifteen years, he became a professor and a corporate trainer in the field of marketing and business communication. With around 40 years of teaching experience, presently, he is a visiting faculty at CEPT University. For many years he was a faculty at B.K. and K.S.Schools of Business Management. He regularly contributed his expertise to the Air Hostess Academy, Institute of Hotel and Catering Management, Ahmedabad Management Association, and many more.

| B.Tech, IIT, Kanpur; M Tech, MBA (Gold Medal), IMDR, Pune. Col Dua has served, Indian Army (Corps of Engineers) for about twenty years; IIM - Ahmedabad as CAO for about 10 years; and DAIICT, Gandhinagar as Registrar for eighteen months. He teaches HRM, Organisation Behaviour, Strategic Management, and Principles of Management for last more than 14 years. He is also a Corporate Trainer and a Management Consultant. |

| Worked on deputation to various Central Government Undertaking from ministry of Labour and retired as Deputy Chief Labour Commissioner (Central), as Head of South & West zone. He was also Research Assistant in Organization Behaviour Area in IIM – Ahmedabad. He has over 39 years of experience in Labour laws and industrial relations and now teaches these subjects at Mahatma Gandhi Labor Institute, Ahmedabad and iideas. He is also a consultant for ONGC and Bank of India. |

Has Sales and Marketing experience of over 30 years in India promoting variety of products in Consumer, Industrial and Service sectors. He is Visiting Faculty at Entrepreneurship Development Institute (EDI, OLPE Project), Gujarat Law Society (GLS), Centre for Entrepreneurship Development (CED), B.K. School of Business Management (BK), Mahatma Gandhi University (MGU), Nirma Institute of Management Ahmedabad, etc.
He has authored several books on marketing and entrepreneurship. His book “Business Success through Marketing” had been prescribed as main text book in the Entrepreneurial Marketing Course, at NIRMA Institute of Management (NIRMA University). |
